Assembly and Dress up day will be on January 28th.  Not sure of the time yet, I'll keep you posted.  This is a Thursday, not a Friday, because I will be chaperoning the Kennebec Valley Music Festival at Messalonskee on the 29th.

Not many people dressed up for the "Superhero Day", but out of those who did- Lauren and Jake Farmer were fantastic!  And I hope we have a picture of Mrs. Mitchell and Wendy Steward, whose costumes were awesome!

Thank you to all the teachers that decorated their doors for Red Ribbon Week, and for all the student who submitted posters for the "Drug Free" poster contest.  I forgot to choose the winners for the poster contest, but will do that sometime this week.

Thank you to Nate Bean and Matt Clark who spoke at the assembly.

The new points totals are posted on the wall outside my door!  Grade 2 is in the lead with 175 points!  Way to go Grade 2!!

We still have one more dress up day/way to earn points in October- Halloween Dress-up on Friday, October 30th!

The October Student of the Month assembly will be on October 23, instead of the 30th, due to a field trip.

We had a great first assembly.  Great job to all the students who participated in the dress up day, and who submitted posters for the poster contest!

The poster winners for September were Amber Morrill in Grade 3 and Carl Searles in Grade 9.
